KPS GmbH is an owner-managed engineering service provider operating throughout Germany. Our roots lie in electrical and mechanical engineering – our present in building automation and digital as-built documentation.
Founded in 1980 as a civil-law partnership and converted into a GmbH in 1992, the company has more than four decades of experience in planning and delivering electrical engineering projects, particularly in industrial automation and building services.
For more than 15 years KPS GmbH has additionally specialised in CAFM-compliant documentation. We deliver our projects using modern CAD and CAE systems.
Our lean structure allows us to free up resources at short notice and respond flexibly to new requirements. Decisions are taken close to the project, not in a head office.

Our team

KPS GmbH employs 12 permanent team members, supported by an established network of freelance specialists. Our office is in Mannheim; project teams work throughout Germany across the Rhine-Neckar, West and East regions. The team covers industrial and building automation, fire alarm and security technology, communication and network technology as well as digital as-built documentation. Regular training keeps the team up to date.
